Policy

Client Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule an in-person consultation. We will assess your hair and, if appropriate, provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original service.


Please note that all concerns must be evaluated in person. We do not offer refunds or adjustments based on messages, photos, or calls alone. After  7 days, any additional services may be subject to a partial or full charge. Results may vary depending on hair condition, new growth, and at-home care.


Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we do not typically charge a cancellation fee, we greatly appreciate early notice so we can offer the time to other clients. Consistent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking availability.
